Summer Camp Boston, USA

11th July 2013

The Freedom Trail and Paul Revere

Today at CISS/Village Camps Boston, students embarked on an exciting excursion to Historical Boston. Students and counselors walked the 'Freedom Trail' in the morning while learning about such historical figures as George Washington, Paul Revere, and John Hancock. An inspirational tour guide led the group through downtown Boston and Fanueil Hall.

After grabbing lunch at Fanueil, students and counselors headed to Boston's Newbury Street for some high class shopping.

Finally, students made their way to Boston's second tallest building, the Prudential Tower, for some shopping and eating.

Once back on campus, students participated in a second fun 'games night' in the recreation hall. Ping pong tournaments, games of 'Apples' with cards, and much group excitement and laughter was had. A tired group of students finally retired to its beds after an exceptional day at CISS/Village Camps Boston.
