Summer Camp Boston, USA

23rd July 2013

Baseball is America's Favourite Pastime and We're going to see a Game!!

Tuesday on campus, after more rigorous ESL lessons, students embarked on a two-location excursion.

First, students arrived at the Prudential tower, Boston's second tallest building. Students and counselors travelled to the 50th floor to an observatory which overlooked the entire city and Boston metro area.

The spectacular views were only matched by our subsequent trip to Boston's famous Fenway Park to watch the Boston Red Sox baseball game versus the Tampa Bay Rays. Students bought 'Fenway Food' and other items and cheered on the city's beloved baseball team in our seats in Right Field. Some students had a hard time understanding the game of baseball but everyone had a spectacular time regardless.

Wednesday promises to be an excellent day of classes, activities, and an exciting and very unique evening program being prepared by the counselors.
