Summer Camp Boston, USA

15th July 2014

Harvard University, here we come!

Tuesday, we were off to Boston for a second time. The kids toured world famous Harvard University. They took part in an hour long tour from wonderful student tour guides. They saw the courtyards, dorms, and actually sat in University classrooms.

Following the tour at Harvard, students experienced Harvard Square. They bought gifts at the world famous 'COOP' Harvard book store then took pictures of the one of the nation's oldest buildings, Harvard Stadium.

Following Harvard Square, the kids then moved on to Boston's Museum of Fine Arts. During their stay at the MFA, our kids viewed art from the Greeks, Egyptians, Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Contemporary as well as local art. Many of our international students fell in love with the museum and its stunning architecture as well as with the amazing variety of paintings, portraits, artifacts, etc.

Tuesday night, the crew arrived back on campus for a Chicken Kiev dinner followed by an exciting movie night. The group saw 'Planet of the Apes' with Three-Dimensional glasses!

Wednesday, we look forward to rehearsals for our 2nd annual VC Boston talent show!
