Summer Camp Chiclana, Spain
Roman Ruins, Bolonia Beach, Awards, and Prom Night!
What a day! What a week! What a session! Cannot believe that campers are all packed up and tucked in and ready to head out tomorrow! What a fabulous two weeks we have had here at the first ever Village Camps in Spain!
This morning our surfers headed out to catch their last waves, and the ocean was kind and challenging.
Our adventure and language campers took their classroom outside and headed to Bolonia Beach to check out some really interesting Roman ruins and play some sweet games on the beach. Adventure campers even tried surfing down sand dunes which was awesome.
This afternoon we all gathered to acknowledge everyone's success in learning as much as they could these past two weeks! Certificates were handed out and rounds of applauds were given. Then we headed back to our rooms to pack and get ready for the journey ahead tomorrow.
This evening we celebrated the end in style, with our very own Prom Night that took place in the Blue Monkey Disco! There were a yellow, red and blue king and queen, a photo booth and we danced the night away relishing in the special moments that camp creates.
With a few tears and hugs abound, campers headed off to bed.
