Programme Camps Excursion Day
The programmes went on their camp excursions today. Football went to Old Trafford, the infamous home of Manchester United. The Activity & Adventure group went camping overnight. English learned about the history of York by going to the York Dungeons and the York Art Gallery for a writing assignment. The Creative Arts went to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. The rest of the programmes stayed at their assigned sites. It was an action packed day, despite the tempermental weather of on-and-off rain.
The evening programme was a traditional English Quiz Night with the Reds and Blues. While the Yellows were taken in by the Leadership Camp. LTC coordinated, planned, and supervised the Yellows for the night. A great way to see Leadership in action.
- Breakfast: Continental Breakfast, Fruit, and Yoghurt
- Lunch: Packed Lunch
- Dinner: Bangers and Mash, Baked Beans, Salad Bar, Berries and Peaches
