Arrivals Day Session 2
Village Camps York welcomed in new campers coming in from all over the world with its typical English weather of sun, rain and clouds. The campers who are staying for two sessions were a great asset to the staff and helped prepare the camp for the new arrivals. They assisted in decorating the rooms, helped explain the schedule to the new arrivals, and some of the Blues who stayed over were given "STAFF" shirts which read "Assistant" and they helped show the new campers to the accomodation blocks. It was a joy to see the leadership and kindness of our campers in action on a day like today. Over 200 campers spent the day settling into their rooms and getting to know their new friends and counsellors. What an exciting session this will be!

- Lunch: BBQ Burgers, Sausages, Salad Bar, and Muffins
- Dinner: Moroccan Lamb, Pasta & Sauce, Cous Cous, Leeks, and Stewed Apples
