Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
Excursion Day!
Today was excursion day, it was a chance for all the campers to leave Leysin for the entire day. The Greens and Yellows began their day with some shopping in the beautiful town of Vevey, they then jumped back on the coach to travel to the Labyrinth Adventure. They made their way through a giant maze and played for hours in the park. Finally, they had a water fight in the rain, got changed then jumped back on the coach. The Reds started their excursion at the Cailler chocolate factory, there was an interactive tour and loads of free chocolate for everyone to sample. After stopping for lunch the Reds headed to Fribourg for an afternoon of shopping. The Blues travelled to Geneva, saw the sights and went shopping. They then went on to enjoy an evening on the banks of Lake Geneva at the Montreux Jazz Festival.
In the evening the Green and Yellow campers played an exciting game of fruit salad, they had to play team games using all different fruits. The Reds had a relaxing evening watching a movie. Everyone had an amazing day out and a fun filled evening.
