Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland

The Sun Keeps Shining in Switzerland

The day started well, blue skies and sunshine met the campers as they woke.

In the morning the Sports campers came together to play football at the sports centre. The Greenies went climbing, the dancers danced, the tennis campers were down at the courts and some of the language classes had an excursion into the village. The Red and Blue Adventurers set out on a hike to stay over night in a picturesque cabin next to a beautifully clear lake. The Yellows Adventure campers heading down to the forest to play Lost.

After lunch it was back to action for the Reds with a selection of tennis, squash, bouldering, swimming and kick boxing. The Blues took advantage of the great weather and went on hike into the mountains. The Yellows had a choice of climbing, art, dance, hockey and Outdoor Living Skills while the Greenies enjoyed a spot of mask making and dance.

After some free-time and dinner the Yellows were hurling foam balls at each other in an epic evening of dodgeball and the Blues were showing off there skills on the football pitch. The Reds moved from challenge station to challenge station within the building and the Greenies had an exciting evening of Claymation. The sun may not make a return tomorrow but more fun is a guarantee!
