Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
Excursion Day!
Today was excursion day! It was a chance for all the campers to leave Leysin for the entire day and explore some of the surrounding sights. The Greens and Yellows began their day shopping in the beautiful town of Vevey. They then jumped back on the coach to travel to the Labyrinth Adventure Parc. They made their way through a giant maze and played for hours in the park which is full of slides and games.
The Reds started their day at the Bex Salt Mines, after enjoying the great tour of the under groud caves that make up the mines they hopped back on the bus to travel to Lausanne. They had a chance to take in the sights and shop in the amazing city centre of Lausanne. The Blues had a fun-filled day which started in the the capital of Bern, they had a chance to go off and explore the amazing city, eat, shop and relax with their friends. After a day in Bern the Blues headed for Fun Planet there was bowling, arcades and go-karting.
The Evening was very relaxing after a long day of excitement, the Greens, Yellows and Reds all settled down to separate Movie Nights with popcorn and Ice-Tea. Everyone had a an amazing day out and a fun filled evening.
