Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland

First Day of Session Four!

Today everyone gathered in their chosen camps and got familiar with the schedule. The adventure camp went to the Mount Blanc pitch to play some team building games and then onto the auditorium to participate in various games. The tennis camp went down to the courts and was introduced to the coaches. The language camp went to their classrooms and met their teachers and the dance camp went to the dance studio to play a few games and get to know each other. And finally film camp went to the film academy room and got an intro session and shown a few techniques.

After lunch the afternoon tennis camp headed down to the courts to meet the coaches and play some games. The greens did a safari hunt in the camp to familiarize the building. The blues, reds and yellows all teamed up in the camp to play a rotation of various games throughout the building, including musical chairs, crowd-surf, gaga ball, obstacle course and vortex. And to finish a great afternoon everyone played extreme rock, paper, scissors.

After dinner the yellows and greens are playing terminator were the counsellors dress up as terminators and the children have to avoid them by doing certain things. The reds are playing murder mystery and the blues are playing dodgeball. Everyone had an awesome first day at camp and can't wait for tomorrow.
