A very fine day indeed! This morning Nancy Regan, a tv presenter from Eastern Canada, gave us a speech about confidence and communication. After lunch we had the opportunity to go canyoning! It was a blast! And the sun actually came out for it. After dinner we watched the inspirational film Invictus.
Today's Menu (short version)
- Breakfast: Cereal and yogurt
- Lunch: Cordon Bleu and polenta
- Dinner: Meat, scalloped potatoes and butter carrots
