Summer Camp Zell am See, Austria
Spotlight On: Film Camp
This session, there are 13 campers participating in the Film Camp. Over the two week session, each camper writes, directs, and edits their own short film. The films range from short to long, and can discuss any topics or themes the director dreams of. In this session, topics range from a thrilling story of a ghost who haunts Village Camps Zell am See, to an old man who looks back on his life. Campers spend their free time working on the films, and enlist their friends and fellow campers to act in their creations.
The camp is taught and led by Ed McDougall and Luke Fisher, both Village Camps counsellors and teachers. Ed has been with the camp for 8 years. They help with filming and the execution of the films, as well as offer advice and make the experience fun for the campers.
