Summer Camp Zell am See, Austria
Spotlight on: German Language Camp
One of the language options here at Village Camps Austria is German Camp. For three hours each morning, campers learn a variety of aspects of the German language. They focus on vocabulary related to camp life, and do a lot of listening to native German speakers. The class was lucky enough to take a trip to a local history museum as well as a visit to the local fire station. This summer, there are two German teachers, Leroy and Patrick.
In other news, today was another one for the books. After a sunny morning of hiking, rodelbahning, learning, and wrapping up film production, there was an afternoon field games and pool party. Tonight, campers relaxed and enjoyed the films their fellow campers worked hard over the past two weeks to create.
