Hi ho, Hi ho, to the mountain hut we go!
Today was the day of the legendary mountain hut excursion. Every session Village Camp Zell am See embarks on a journey off into the Austrian alps... To stay overnight at a mountain hut!
The campers hiked to different huts throughout Austria, taking in sights of mountain goats, glaciers and beautiful Austrian nature in the middle of the mountains. Arriving to our mountain hut, we settled in for the night. There, we played games such as Mafia, where's my water bottle, made a campfire, and bonded with everyone deeper than before.
That's the thing about the Mountain hut trip - it isn't just a trip, it's a milestone and a momentous occasion at VC Zell. It's part of coming of age while still being able to be just what we are - kids. And truly, there's no fresher air than alpine air.
