It's Hot, Hot, Hot!
On Wednesday, students at Boston endured the hot weather and went rollerskating! Other students played laser tag at a local location. A group of boys played dodgeball in the gymnasium. The hot temperatures even cancelled pool time for the group!
In the ESL classroom, one teacher prepared his TOEFL kids for a trip to the shopping mall Friday for an examination of Franchises in the United States as the pertain to the English language.
At night, the entire program, students and counselors, took part in the first ever Mr. and Mrs. Boston competition. In groups, students dressed up and performed a routine. Winners were crowned, the counselors were the 'judges', and fun was had by all!!
Thursday, students are travelling to Six Flags New England to ride rollercoasters, enjoy games, and try to stay cool as the hot weather continues.
