Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland

13th July 2010

The activities are starting to follow on...

While the campers had played some games to get to know each other, they have now achieved their daily camp rythm. Breakfast at 8am; morning activities from 9 to 12am followed by lunch; afternoon activities from 1:30pm to 4:30pm, then a bit of free time; dinner and finally evening activity...the children are now completely familiar with the daily schedule.

In the morning, the kids involved in language classes continued their lessons where they had left them yesterday, while the tennis groups still enjoys Leysin's sunny clay courts.

The lovely greenies got a wonderful chance to get exercised through tennis and swimming inthe morning. the shopping in the afternoon was a little bit less athletic, before to go have dinner at a campfire.

Meanwhile, the sport group got an exciting archery lesson this morning, whereas the most courageous warmed up in a fitness course. In the evening, the reds enjoyed what their older fellows played yesterday: a wonderfull dodgeball tournament! Don't worry, the foam balls really cannot hurt! Meanwhile the blues rather played cards and dices games through an exciting casino night! They had several booths to make the most money. Of course, the winner was nicely awarded...
