Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
Time for Festivities - Festival Friday!
We are just about half way through this session now, the kids have done so many things and have achieved so much, and they have so much more awaiting them. Today was another cloudy but beautiful day in Leysin. The Adventure and Sports campers woke early ready to hike back from the mountain hut, they packed up their belongings, cleaned the hut then started their hike. They were back at camp in time for the BBQ lunch.
Unlike most days at camp, everyone gathered for BBQ food inside the main building. After eating everyone divided into their teams, we had Water and Fire competing to become the champions of Festival Friday. We had loads of different games for all to enjoy.
As with every festival we ended with a song and dance, all the campers joined together again to enjoy the disco down in our auditorium. The music was pumping and the kids had a great time getting dressed up and letting their hair down.
