Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland

Beautiful Wednesday here in Leysin.

Another beautiful day in Switzerland today. The Greenies hiked back from the Hut this morning and came back to camp for lunchtime. In the meantime the Sports Camp played Gaelic Football and Kickball, while Adventure went on an Obstacle Race, which involved doing a fitness parcours carrying an egg. We also had an Art Session going on, doing painting and posters for International Night and Dance and Film Camps are getting closer to getting their projects ready.

This afternoon, the campers are divided into two groups. Half of them are playing United Nations -our international version of Capture the Flag- in the forest while the other group is preparing for International Night. Each camper had to pick a country of their choice and will cook and do a little performance representing this country. Pretty exciting! The Greenies are also doing mini-golf and swimming.

Tonight the Greenies and Yellows are playing Petting Zoo where they have to catch the escaped animals/counselors and bring them back to the zoo keeper. The Reds and Blues are having a relaxing movie night. And that concludes another amazing day here in Leysin.
