Summer Camp Ardèche, France
Last day at camp
Last day at camp! French classes in the morning and choice activities for the river experience group. After lunch, we all packed and made sure our tents were clean. We then participated in a massive obstacle course team game involving the whole camp.
For dinner, Julien, Alain, Marco, Analisa and Sebastien served our dinner just like at a restaurant!
After dinner, we had our Talent Show which we had been practicing for during the Grande Descente and free time. Singing, jokes, playing the guitar, a French play and so much more entertained us all evening! The VC staff then had an award ceremony and congratulated us on all our efforts for the past 2 weeks! We got to watch a slideshow capturing all the fun times we had in the Ardeche since our arrival and then danced to our favorite tunes before going to bed.
Tomorrow we're going home :(
- Lunch: Salads, caprese, roasted chicken with mushroom gravy, risotto “al fungi”, carrots julienne, and French green beans. Chocolate donuts for desert
